Return & Refund Policy


We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at gootodeal. That is why we offer an easy, hassle-free 30 day return policy.


  • The item must be returned in a new condition and without having been worn, washed or altered, and with all their tags still attached.
  • All items must be returned with their original boxes.
  • All items must be returned in one package.
  • The return is unfortunately not free of charge, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. 

*We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition. You will be informed if we reject your return; you may choose to have the product sent back to you at your own expense.

*If you receive a product with any defects, we will reship it to you. All costs will be borne by gootodeal.


Please write to us at and mention your order number and return/exchange request in the subject line, along with the reason and details of the return/exchange.

Following Information:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the faulty product

Once your request for return/exchange is accepted, you will receive the return address. Please send the return according to the address given by customer service. 

Upon receipt of your return, all items are inspected for signs of wear or damage prior to issuance of any refunds, replacements or credits. (New and unworn condition means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the items.)
Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Handling Fee for Return

No handling fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product. You are only be responsible for the return shipping cost. 


We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. Once we have received and inspected your returned product, you can expect a refund within 3-7 working days.

  • We will notify you by email once we have received your return and the refund has been processed.
  • If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take time for your refund to be officially posted. (Usually 3-7 days).

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get full refund.

  • If the order has been shipped, the order will not be canceled.
  • If the order is not shipped but has been produced, we will charge 20% of the total order amount. (Processing and handling fees).
